I wanna see this movie a lot, im going to see it with friends on Friday, even though its gonna show on Thursday, at 8:00 PM, Who else is seeing this? And when does POTC day start?

ok, so i lied...it was the 10pm showing. and only 8 of us could get tickets in time.

it was long...and the ending was totally not what i was expecting from a Disney film...and i got lost trying to figure out who did what when and to whom, and what ship we were on, and how many days/weeks/months it actually took place in...very confusing. BUT redeemed by Capt'n Jack Sparrow in all his greatness.

Would you say its better than SPM3?

I'm seeing it next week, I'm in no rush.

didn't see SM3, but from everything ive heard about it, it's definitely better.

im not saying the movie was bad...cause it did have very good parts, hilarious scenes, and great lines, but the ending...meh. it seems like even though 2 hrs and 40 minutes was a long time, they still crammed a lot of stuff in it, and the cramming of everything happening at once in three or four different places really screwed with my head, and i sat there confused a lot...or disgusted that they had to add a certain part to the final ship battle scene

I still hope the action scenes aren't too overcooked like they looked to be in the trailer.

That would annoy me.

Well I saw the movie. it was hard to concentrate, because well.. I wont get into that, basically throughout the whole movie I was pissed.

Well the movie.. It was Good, as LZ said, but it wasnt great, it was to long, but the action wasn't really worth it, its not a movie to go see on launch and stuff , I got perfect seats too, I just didnt really care for it.

I have no other movie to look forward too this year..maybe Season three of DBZ >.>

Due to this being by a person who could understand a storyline as easy as Star Wars, I'll take this quote with a grain of salt.

Who said I was? I sure wasn't. And that is a bit of an exaggeration. I find Pirates to have a more raw storyline than Star Wars with their 'futuristic' setting. Thus me liking Pirates more.

And I just came back from watching it. Highly recommend it. And, no, the battles were not highly exaggerated. I find them to be just right. Not sure how to say anything without making it sound like I'm biased, but I love the movie. If you stay after the credits, you'll get a little something, but not something very special. Spoiler:
The boy from the beginning of the movie appears at the end as William's and Elizabeth's son. Interesting, no?
