I'm not really sure who could help. No one else has WiFi... best to check with Nintendo.
Hmmm how long does it take them to reply to emails?
I don't really know how to help you. It may be your connection. But you should call them or email them. It shouldn't be that long before they respond to your emails.
I tried phoning but offices closed at 7.O and my connection is fine it works with internet channel etc,and before it crashed it told me my connection was 4 star which is great.I realy am baffled.
O shizzer i have a problem Sad i thought if i delete my save (i spent 7 hours on!) and then it might reset the wiiconnect24 and let me play this god dam game online!!!!!!! this has turned out bad.It still keeps saying error finding stats Sad
What region has already released this game?
Sorry for double post but since no one has replied since yesterday then whatever lol.I turned on my wiii this morning and went on strikers. And finally it works and its all back to normal! the connection is realy good and the online is just perfect.i espeshally love the fact u dont need friend codes for ranked matches so its random. But ofcourse theres still a mode for your friends roster etc WOOO this online ROCKS!

A bunch of our European readers emailed me to let us know that things aren’t going so smoothly for Mario Strikers Charged online. Apparently online play has been down for near 6 hours now, and no one knows what the problem is. If everyone remembers the first day of online play for the DS, there were issues there as well. I am sure Nintendo is hard at work ironing out the kinks.

Oh darn....
I hope that Nintendo fixes this fast...

Because he lives in the UK and the game was released yesterday in EU & AU.

oooo ok, well the questrion if u have aol still applies
no i dont have aol...why?
cause the wifi usb connector is not compatible with aol. i had my connector for awgile (while having aol) and it worked. one day it stopped working. so i tried to uninstall and reinstall it. and it didnt work. so after that it never worked again. i tried calling nintendo and they told me right off the bat that aol was not compatible with usb connector. do u even have a usb connector? they also told me it probably wouldnt work either with a wireless router. they said "anything that u have to put a name and a password in to go on the internet is not compatible with either" thats partially a lie because someone i know has a d-link router and they have aol and it works fine. so take this information as u please. also, if u have a wireless router, make sure u have the most recent version of it. they have it for free download on the website, but call nintendo b4 doing that
Dont worry my connection is fine and yes i use my wireless router.
