I just beat super mario world, but now its stuck on the `THE END` screen, and it doesnt do anything if i press any buttons. i even reset my wii, but it still only shows the end screen.

Try deleting it and re-download it. If I'm not mistaken, your purchase can be downloaded again as many times as you want. (Someone please correct me if I am wrong here)

Make sure you select to restart on the menu, don't actually restart the Wii.

but he'd lose data on the game, but like joker said restart on the menu.

also there are some games that have a option to delete your saved date

Yes when you are at the end screen hit the HOME button and then click reset

On most of my games you can start more than one.

I just beat it for the 3rd time, and I can safely say it is a must-have for Mario fans.

Back on topic, after I beat SMW, I pressed "home," went to "reset," and deleted my save data. (So I could beat it again. :3)
So yes, Wii menu then "reset" is the way to go. If you want to resume your game after beating it, however, you'll start just outside Bowser's castle. (At castle #7)
