Water Pulse, Waterfall, Rain Dance, Surf, and Aqua Jet by breeding. It only learns Water Gun when it evolves.

Bibarel, Bidoof's evolution. It becomes part water when it does.
But that Pokemon sucks too!
Manaphy is the Sinnoh counter-part of Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi. so its a legendary.

it has an impressive move pool, but its slow. i cant stans anything more than a slow pokemon. with some exceptions.
Just give it a lot of XSpeeds.
X Speed is temporary. Cabos is the item you're referring to.
yea, but you wont always be able to do that, and that can beomce expensive.
The limit is 6 per pokemon then you can no longer use that item on them.
i'd rather use Carbos, which permantly raises speed, but even that is not enough
