OKAY so someone give me the lowdown on this game... HOW IS IT? better than ruby/sapphire/emerald I hope???

But please no spoilers Ignorance is bliss
I like it more than Ruby, because I like any Pokemon game more than Ruby.
Has there always been a limit on the amount of Carbos ect. that can be used on Pokemon... or has the limit always been that small?
i'm not sure about before, but i'm guessing it was higher and then reduced.

raising Manaphy. its start of with Tail Glow, so thats a plus.

yea, after a while it wont take it.

yea its only 6, which is very low, it should be like 10
How much does it put up the Stats by?
+1 for each use but you wont see the differnce if you check your PKMN stats for some reason.
no, when you use it, they show all the Pokemons stats.
well it didnt for me, but i'll try again, but i'm pretty sure it doesnt.

The limit of 6 has been there since Gold/Silver.

No they don't, you have to look.

I think we need a Pokemon sub forum...

So anyway. I got Diamond and Pearl. The wife took Diamond, so I got Pearl. Yay. It's fine with me though, I kind of like the way Palkias looks more than the Diamond one (forgot the name of it right now) anyway. The one from Diamond looks like it might be stronger though.

First impression: awesome! I love the 3D rendering in the game, looks pretty badass. I haven't beaten the first gym yet (in no real hurry). Mostly just been raising my starter pokemans and exploring the new features.

What does everyone else think so far?
[mod edit]shhhh[/edit]Wink

Anyway, Dialga is the name and I think Palkia has the slight advantage because it's the same types as Kingdra. Dragon/Water, with it's only weakness being dragon.
I just got my Wi-Fi set up for my pearl version and i'm itching to battle or trade, or do something online with someone, so i'll put that FC on my sig in a bit, if anyone wants to battle me or trade or anything, sure, PM me and add me to your pal pad, and give me your FC, we can battle or trade, but I got a sucky team and not many pokemon, what else is there to do on Wi-Fi?
1. This game is very easy, I just beat the SECOND Gym Battle :3
2. I need to trade my Kadabra, to make it an Alakazam, then Trade it back :3
3.This game is ballin. I already have 10 hours. o_O
lol exact same as me exept I have no kadabra, but I can help you with that.

Oh really, I thought Dialga's types had the advantage. You would know better than I though. I'm more of a casual Pokemaster than a hard core player. I'm really interested in getting some WiFi going, though I'll have to get a better team first. I love the fact that you can transfer your Pokemans from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald!! Has anyone gotten to that point or tried it yet? I know you can't do it until you get to the "safari" like zone, just haven't gotten that far yet.

good for you mr. i work @ GS and starting playing before everyone else. jk.

speed ball?
I didnt know they were both in the game.
they arent. he meant which ever one is in yhr version you have.
