Dialga is Dragon/Steel. Steel pokemon have an above average amount of damage toward water attacks but not super effective. So Palkia being water gives it s slight edge also Palkia's Earth Power (Ground Move) would be super effective. Dialga has that move too, but it won't to that much damage to Palkia.

To catch shiny legendary pokemon.

I dunno, nobody found a way to clone in Diamond/pearl, that thing about turning the time back doesn't work, but if you ever want to transfer, always clone in emerald if you want to keep that pokemon in your GBA game.

Shiny Pokemon are in every game. If you look at the new pokemon in my link on the first page you would have seen that.

Since there is two in this game you might want to trap them with Wobbuffet. I used Wobbuffet in Sapphire, Emerald, & FR to it. Caught them with a time ball.

There have been shiney pokemon ever since G/S/C, I don't think they'll change that.

And all pokemon games are easy, with the exeption of the BF in emerald.

theres not shiny pokemon. well there is but your better off using it on the PKMN that run. cause the chances are slim.

Nothing, nothing different exept they're extremely rare and a different colour, like the black charizard, or green chancey, live with it.

Yea, my FC is on my sig, but I got no headset, I should probobly get it. (And Sony/Micrsoft fanboys complain that you can voice chat on Nintendo Wii, ha!)

I had a shiney in FR, but restarted it by mistake and lost it, I thought I saw a shiney baltoy in my emerald, but it might have been a dream, but I DO have a shiney aggron and shiney camperupt.
