I dont want to wait forever just for my pokemon to catch Pokerus from another one.
I'm not sure the mechanics have been figured out for D/P yet...

I'm not sure if there is exact number, but I know during battle its increased.
Each battle they get stronger? And how long does it stay for?
I think it's only during battles, but I'm not 100% sure. I haven't seen the pokerus since Silver/Crystal.
How long did it last for you?
It lasted until I spent more time with the infected pokemon. Once it grew several levels it was gone.
Hmm, leave one pokemon in the Box's with it, so it wont heal, then put it back in, when they get cured?
Yea. Anyway if you want to keep the pokerus for good then just keep a contaminated pokemon in your PC so if you need to get infected just pull that out, let it stay in your party for a bit and then return once the pokemon you get infected get infected.
