Those glitches aren't there anymore. You would have to get the the item to reach item from a Nintendo event or find someone on GTS.

Well, Japan gets Darkrai later this month. Hopefully America isn't far off. If possible try and get a 2nd Darkrai when it comes out over there for little ol' Aussie me.
