There is a place in Sinnoh called the Pal Park that you have to fins and you should be be able to go from there if you have a GBA game in the slot. Your pokemon will be released into the wild and you will have to catch it with a ball that has a 100% accuracy. That's all I know without actually having the game.

Actually, you only get to use Park Balls, and you only have 6 of them, too.
