So? Groudon isn't great.. and Kyogre is just a overgrown whale.
Kyore is a Sea Basin and not a whale and Groudon is a very good.

It's the type of pokemon it is. And they are not boring. Rayquaza would destroy Suicune.
Suicune, Entei, And Raikou were awesome. In everyway. They were hard to get, instead of just going up to where this Groudon and Kyogre are, and just getting them, to get these ones they were actually FUN to try get.
They were just the regular legendary that were on the run, emerald had Latias/Latios. groudon/Kyorge are like Lugia/Ho-oH because you have to go to the place there located to catch them. So by what you said Lugia & Ho-Oh weren't fun to get either.

Water Spout Ho-oh is gone, Lugia heavily damaged and then finish Lugia off with an Ice beam.
Ho-Oh is Fire type, obviously it will kill it.
But. Lugia Hydro Pump. Groudon Dead. Then Kyogre Vs it would be weird..
I know that about Groudon, but Lugia isn't a water pokemon, so the attack isn't at full effect.
So? Its SP.Attack is still high, and its Hydro Pump still rapes.
Whatever. Kyorge could still beat Lugia. If they are at the same level Sheer Cold. 1 hit KO
Because its flying, but Lugia can learn thunder, ( so can kyogre >.> ) Lugia can just use that.

The only advantage Kyogre has is that Lugia Flys.
