Left Lake Hylia without killing shadow bugs, went to Castle and Zora's Domain and killed those but now cannot get back to Lake Hylia.

Have tried:
*jumping off bridge (but couldn't)
*getting back by floating down river (blocked)
*calling shadow bird using hawk grass by Great Hylia Bridge(nothing happened)

The lakebed portal hasn't opened yet. What can I do to get back to the lake?

there should this huge open area, that leads to other places in the Lake Hyrule area. you get attacked by those twilight monsteres. after that a portal opens up. hope that helps.

Yes, there is s portal in the graveyard of Kariko Village.
You must find the pool of water and sink to the bottome w/ your boots.
Then use water bombs to open the entrance to the portal.
