Should I? Or Shouldn't I ?

I was wondering whether to get AR and use it on Diamond Toungue

Can some people give there honesy opinion and what are the upsides and downsides of using it?

thanks.
DONT! Toons324 used Action Replay and lost his game.
Can this be moved to pokemon section, It may get a little bit more attention.
I say no, but its really your choice, if you want to go through the whole game fast, and lose some fun, but if you do plan on getting it, you have to get me some Pokemon with the masterball cheat.
Get it if you want it bad enough, but be prepared to not be trusted in trades.

No one likes hacked Pokemon.
Is there an actual difference between hacked and normal pokemon?
Trainer ID's, Original Trianer's and Location Caught and Level Met are all things to keep an eye on.

Like when my friend got a Shiny Totodile caught at Level 2 and Lake Verity... yeah, thats hacked.
Sure U should get it IF U WANT TO BURN IN HELL THAT IS!Really Happy

no. unless they have cross type attacks (like Blastoise knowing Fire Blast) then there is no difference. Good ahead and buy it if you want.

I think im going to buy diamond and pearl, and use AR on one of them Big Grin
No ones gonna want to battle you >_>
get over it. My friends will Smile I dont mind not battling you.

also outrageous stats and moves pokemon srent supposed to know.

I remember when some guy was using a Pokemon BESIDES Shedinja that knew Wonder Guard.

Everyone on Serebii.net hated him.

Hackers FTL. They get no respect for a reason.
dont go to the dark side. . . yes they have cookies and all but still it takes the fun out of the game do u really want that?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Dont get it! PERIOD!
If you get a reputation as a hacker, no one will battle you without having some kind of guarantee your team is genuine and fair.

If you say only battling your friends matters, then fine... limit yourself. But you'll hardly get maximum enjoyment out of Pokemon's WiFi with that logic.

Think about it.
you wont get full worth of the game cause the value will deminish once you hack.
How about you get Diamond AND Pearl. Then use the Action Replay on one of them, saving the other game for your main (and legitamite) file.

It wouldn't really matter if you used the Action Replay for pure recreation, like walk-through walls to explore endless boundaries, or to make wild Pokemon always hold items, or whatever, just be warned again that if you start trading Lv. 5 shiny Celebi's with Wonder Guard, you will be hard-pressed to find a willing trade/battling partner.

In all honesty, I would probably accept a hacked Pokemon, as long as it was caught legitamitely, with no tampering to the actual pokemon. (For example, I would not accept an Darkrai that was simply placed in someone's box, but I would if they merely used the AR to obtain a Member's Pass, but still actually caught it.) Event Pokemon are just to damn hard to get.

Nintendo should find a way to deliver tickets or the Pokemon themselves to online players of Pokemon games. Like sending a event ticket to PBR games, and then players could connect their DS to send it to their Diamond or Pearl games. I want Sheimi, but am not flying halfway around the world just for a bit of computer code.

Well thats what my plan is, complete diamond and be completly AR free and enjoy the game. And when I finally begin to get fed up of the game, buy pearl and have lots of fun playing with AR, and if you dont trust me when using my diamond. Go ahead and dont battle me, I will just move some place else that will Big Grin
