How do you create These User Bars? PhotoShop ? ?

I used fireworks, but you can get the exact same effect using the userbar generator

And if you think this theme is good, just wait a few days

is the keyword FEW ?? or.... Like How many?

I didn't think it was good until i looked at the old theme... THIS THEME IS AWESOME!

i say few, because i'm not sure how long it will take, but there will be some more changes soon
