yes. but we're trying to at least keep the posts relevant to a topic that isn't just there to let spam manifest itself.

This forum is called off topic because you post everything that doesn't have to do with any of the other forums here.
Example, sports, programming, schools/universities, war.
If we wanted a spam forum we'd make one.
I can see how people make the mistake, considering all the spam in here. Perhaps it should be called the spam forum. and we'll make a second Off Topic forum that has rules.
Or we can beef up the rules here to prevent it from becoming a spam forum.
So don't complain.
And Cloud, stop spamming, you're staff and should know better.
