I've SEEN icy blue and navy blue, but they were on the site that Sony sued a long time and put out of business. I'd say there's a good chance for more colors though.

I doubt that they would come out with any more colors, because they don't need any more colors. Personally I think that the 3 colors that people would pick are the colors that they already have.

Japan has both the Ice Blue and Navy Blue DS Lites. I'm not sure if Nintendo is planning to release those colors else where.
