Now before your heart breaks anymore let me just say that it's not that bad. The final version of the Opera Browser for the Nintendo Wii was given a release date of late March or early April. I honestly forgot the final version was drawing near. We discussed this earlier in the Wii Opera Browser Details thread. If you are a Nintendo fan then you know how things work and if you are shocked by this delay then you must not be. Yes, it is delayed but not by much. They are now saying that it will be released in April. Just so you know April has 30 days and it could be any one of them but I'm betting it arrives sometime during the last week. When do you think it's going to arrive?
The reason why it has been delayed is that they can get it just right and make it "the ultimate Web surfing experience". Not sure they could beat the surfing experience I get from my computer but I'm looking forward to see what improvements they make. They say they have heard from the gamers about what they would like to see and what they want. Not let's see if they can deliver. Are you excited about the final version of the Opera Browser for the Wii or do you think it will be mediocre and not worth the time to download it?
Update: The time that you can download the full version of the Opera Browser for free when it is available has been extended. You will have until July to download it for free and after that it will cost 500 Wii Points.
