Since the announcement of Wii Fit it hasn't had the best response from gamers, being dubbed another title to add to the "casual" list. However, the game has now been predicted to be the fastest selling Wii game in history! This statement has come around after Play.com announced that they have been cleared of their stock of Wii Fit in just one day.
Releasing on April 25th in the UK, Play.com have said that they have been "overwhelmed" by the high demand for the upcoming exercising game. After making its debut in Japan four months ago, the so called "exergame" sold over one million copies within its first month of release.
The big daddy of the games section at Play.com, Gian Luzio, commented saying: "It's fantastic to see exergames in big demand. Nintendo 'Wii Fit' is going to be huge - let's hope that we can keep up with demand. We are expecting more stock before launch".
By the looks of things, it looks like you are going to need it Play.com!
