After moving on from the Wii Zapper, Nintendo jumped right into it's biggest game, and perhaps it's biggest announcement. Nothing fancy, just a quick announcement to let us know that Super Smash Bros. Brawl will release on December 3rd in the US and Canada. I'm also starting to doubt that this game will be playable online. If Nintendo planned to include such a feature, wouldn't E3 be the perfect time to announce it? Hopefully an online annoncement will come in the form of a Smash Bros. Dojo update.
No information was given on Japanese or PAL release dates. It's expected to be in Japan in 2007 and Europe some time in 2008. Unfortunately, we know nothing yet about an Australian release.
