Niinja Gaiiden Possiible!
Posted by: SexyCappin-Y  - 03-31-2008 11:37 AM - Replies (6)
Yosuke Hayashi, director of the newest game in the Ninja Gaiden franchise, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword set up shop for a line of fans waiting to have their copy of the game signed and meet the man himself! The Joystiq team got a chance to speak with Hayashi and they had some very interesting questions for him due to some of the outspoken comments from team Ninja in the past.

Joystiq slipped in a question about a possible sequel for the DS game and Hayashi replied that "there's a very good possibility". However the word on everyone's lips at the Nintendo World Store was Ninja Gaiden Wii according to Hayashi. He mentioned that the fans seemed to want a Wii version and he said himself that is something he is "very interested" in working on. The controls for the Ninja Gaiden on the DS worked wonderfully and there should be no doubt that Team Ninja could make things work on Wii.

So let's get that rumor mill spinning, and hopefully we'll hear more on this soon.
