Remember my news story that revealed that the Mario Kart Wii Wheel would be sold separately for $14.99? Well forget that! If you take a look at the image on the right, you can see that Nintendo is pricing the Wii Wheel at only $9.99. The only explanation I can come up with is Gamestop are just overpricing the product because Best Buy are selling the wheel at $9.99. So if you plan on picking up an extra Mario Kart Wii Wheel and want to save money, go to a different retailer and avoid Gamestop.
Now Mario Kart Wii has released across the PAL regions and the release for North America edges even closer, who plans on picking a few of these up? The Wheel definitely seems like it’s a better value for your money now that it's available for only $9.99.
