PAL Virtual Console Releases August 8, 2008
Posted by: Wii_Rulez  - 08-07-2008 09:56 PM - Replies (3)
It's another Virtual Console Week in the PAL regions and this time it brings three classics. All three titles are sequels looking to capitalize on the success of their predecessors. Fighting, education, and racing titles are making sure that there is something for everyone.

Samurai Shodown II
(Neo Geo, 900 Wii Points)

SNK's sequel to the original Samurai Showdown is finally available on the Virtual Console. At your disposal are fifteen warriors ready to take on the evil Mizuki. You can go head to head with a friend in a sword fight to the death.

Ecco Jr.
(Sega Mega Drive, 800 Wii Points)

It's time for Ecco Jr. to star exploring the seas in order to gain a little bit of knowledge. Your friends Tara the orca and Kitnee the Atlantic Dolphin are here to help you on your journey and interact with aquatic life. Experience learning like nothing you've ever faced before.

Pitstop II
(Commodore 64, 500 Wii Points)

Racing has taken a competitive edge with the sequel to Pitstop bringing multiplayer action. Racing head to head is just the thrill you need before reaching the finish line. Even being the first one out of the pits is a part of the key to victory.
